The Wild Bird Research Group conducts meaningful scientific research in order to advance our understanding of wild birds and their habitats. We use our findings to educate and inspire existing and future birders. Join the Wild Bird Research Group and our partners Mercer County Park Commission, for a morning session of songbird banding at Fiddler's Creek Preserve. This banding station studies how the bird community and plant communities change together during forest succession. The winning bidder will coordinate with the Wild Bird Research Group to schedule a date during the songbird banding season, May through July 2026. 100% of proceeds go to NJHC.

A note from New Jersey Highlands Coalition: Join us for the 12 Days of Giving for Clean Water, our virtual Holiday Silent Auction supporting the NJ Highlands Coalition.
