The winner will receive their gift certificate via email. Step aboard New Jersey’s largest lake for a hands-on adventure in water ecology! Conduct experiments, observe lake life up close, and connect with the natural world on this fun and educational cruise. Perfect for curious minds ages 10 and up (younger guests welcome with an adult). Cruises run on Mondays in July & August. Cruise Highlights: -Test water clarity with Secchi disks -Examine plankton from the lake -Learn about local ecosystems and ways to protect them Rain or shine, fun for the whole family! Parking & Directions: Parking at Hopatcong State Park; crew will direct you from the lot near the boat ramp. Hopatcong State Park entry fees not included ($6 NJ / $10 non-resident per car).
