You are bidding on a private cooking class in your home for a group of 6 to 8 people by Carol Tridico, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Healthy Living Chef. The winner will receive a gift certificate via email. The class runs for 4 hours. You will learn how to make wholesome meals and drinks with seasonal, organic, local, fresh and functional ingredients. Carol focuses on gluten free, dairy free, soy free and refined sugar free ingredients. She will guide you in how to cook with ease with a menu of your choosing. To ensure the freshest ingredients for the chosen menu, the cost of groceries will be an additional charge. The final grocery costs will vary based on chosen menu.
