“Situated right on the edge of Times Square, with marvellous views of the whole space from the restaurant, the Renaissance is an absolute gem of a place. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean and although we were only on the 6th floor and in spitting distance of Times Square itself, we hardly heard a sound from outside. Instead of moaning about the resort fee, we made full use of it and opted to take breakfast and one evening meal at the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice. And dinner surpassed expectations - the cocktails even more so. I cannot fault the Renaissance and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
